
Erick van Egeraat, of Erick Egeraat Associated Architects (or EEA, a prominent Eastern European architectural firm) began construction on his international award winning design for a new chapel at the Universität Leipzig, in Leipzig, Germany. Construction began in summer of 2007 and the unveiling is planned for the end of 2009 - in time for the 600th anniversary of the Universität.
